Susie did an outstanding job helping us get our house ready for sale - making recommendations on things that could be quickly updated/fixed to get the highest list price we could. She organized the staging of the house to put it at its best advantage and generated a ton of interest beforehand. The first open house was a huge success (neighbors couldn't believe the stream of people coming in) - resulting in multiple offers all over asking price! We agreed on an offer that day - and closed shortly thereafter, which was also a breeze with Susie's help. It went so well other neighbors asked for her information to help sell their homes as well! This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth.
