He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.

Bruce was very helpful and listened to our preferences. He was available to go and see apts when we needed and gave us all the necessary information about the building and anything else we needed.
