Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.

Marc was referred to me by another realtor. I live hours away and was selling my Aunt's home as part of her estate. From the very first phone call to the final conversation after the sale and Settlement, Marc was incredibly helpful. He offered and did arrange for so many aspects of the sale. He knew who to contact to help empty her home, he had a painter/handyman that came and made the home look even better for a reasonable cost. He arranged for and supplied staging, included in his service-- no extra cost! He helped me with returning Verizon equiptment when I canceled the service. His knowledge of the area is extensive. He explained so very much about the school district cachement system, the comparibles in the neighborhood, the history of the style of my Aunt's house and her neighborhood. His expertise in the sale was clear from the beginning. We spoke on the phone, then he met with me and then again later with my family to answer any questions. When the offers were received, he broke each one down and reviewed each one to help me make the best decision. He was always responsive. We wanted to see our house and thought it would sell in a few months. Mark and his team of excellent realtors sold our house for over asking in one day and closed the deal in 46 days! Mark made suggestions on staging and actually staged one of our empty bedrooms.
