From the moment Karen introduced herself to me and my wife, she showed that she takes a special interest in her clients. She helped us sell our existing house and find our forever home all in the span of a few weeks! Every step of the way Karen was there to guide us and ensure we found the perfect home for us! When things weren’t going the way we wanted, she was able to keep things in perspective for us and was able to smooth things over to get us the house we wanted and now love! If I was looking to move (which I don’t plan on doing again for VERY long time lol), I wouldn’t want any other person as my realtor. She gets things done and at the same time brings her great personality and pours her heart in to finding the perfect home for her clients. You can clearly see that this is not just a sale for her, and that she takes great pride and joy in helping people sell and find their dream home!

Eric went above and beyond for us on two occasions: when we bought our place a few years back and when we decided to sell it this year. Since we were no longer in the area, Eric handled pretty much everything on our behalf. This would be nice under normal circumstances but it is pretty outstanding during as stressful a time as a pandemic. He is one of those rare agents who seem to value the quality of its relationship with clients, rather than employ aggressive strategies that (poorly) aim at maximising volume. Strong recommend!
