After stumbling upon Tim through a Zillow listing, I could not be any more impressed with his expertise, poise, and ability to produce results. From the beginning, Tim was informative, caring, and made sure we were equipped with all the right knowledge to buy our first home. It is no secret that buying a home during this post-pandemic market is challenging; regardless, Tim not only exuded the patience needed when ours was growing thin, but made sure that when we found our dream home that was within our price range that we were able to execute a quick and fair deal. Tim was our armchair therapist during times of uncertainty, was timely in every bit of communication, and provided honest, expert opinions no matter what deal we were about to make. If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. If you have any reservation about whether to choose Tim as your next realtor, take this from someone who is always skeptical of reviews--You found him.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
