Positives-- the listing process was very easy, and Kim was very efficient; house sold quickly for above asking price; through Kim's contacts we were able to get work done quickly prior to sale, and her painter was willing to wait until closing for payment; photos and video turned out great; Negatives--a couple of dropped balls, including a very big one for the township inspection--we were doing lots of last minute hustling, and this added a huge layer of stress that shouldn't have been there; once we were sold, I felt like we were expected to accommodate every whim of the buyers-- they wanted to schedule time to bring their parents through that wasn't convenient, they waived inspection but then continued to bring up multiple "concerns" to which we were expected to respond, they agreed to allow us to stay in the home until a certain date and I booked our movers based on that, only to be told the move and close date had changed and again I had to scramble to make things work, and then they pushed for a final walk-through that would have taken place as I was trying to move into our new home... at some point I felt like this should have been handled by Kim and never even brought to me. The final straw was the buyers' assertion the home was left filthy, after I had personally cleaned for 5 hours after the movers left) which was also relayed to me. So, my final feelings were definitely not good about the process.

Our realtor was very helpful from start to finish during this process. Not only is Stacie Koroly a consummate professional, but her knowledge of various aspects of the real estate market, and the many developments in the area where we were looking, was invaluable to us when trying to make this very difficult decision to leave our home of 48 years. We felt that we could contact her with any questions we had, and she always made a point to respond in a timely manner with the answers we needed. We would highly recommend her to anyone interested in pursuing a purchase in the 55+ market, and are grateful for the experience we had with her.
