Eddie has been a great help to sell our home fast (2 weeks from first meeting him to accepting the best of 6 offers) and for a very good price. And not only he is good at what he does, but he is also a genuinely nice guy. Working with him has made me realize how bad my previous realtor was, and how useful a good realtor can be. I definitely recommend him for selling a home in the area.

This was our first time buying a home, and it is such a stressful and overwhelming experience I hope I never have to go through again (though if I did, Deb would be my first phone call!) But Deb was with us the whole time, answered every question, never pressured us in any way, she truly wanted us to be 100% happy with our purchase. At times she felt like a protective mother, and I don’t mean that she was overbearing or controlling. I mean that she genuinely had our best interests at heart. Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.

Harry is a very kind and friendly guy, and I felt very comfortable working with him. He was always quick to respond and be attentive to my wants and needs. He made himself available to me even at late hours of the night. He had the ability to stay calm in spite of my fluctuations in emotions throughout the whole process of selling and rebuying another home. Harry is very knowledgable on how the real estate market works. And he could answer any question I had about anything. I really enjoyed working with Harry. And I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
