Selling a home is very stressful and it could also drag depending on the house market. I must say that if it wasn't for our Real Estate Agent Lee O'Malley, everything would have been total chaos. Not only did he explained everything step by step but he also was with us through every step we took. He truly became my friend that I can trust. Not only did he help us prepare the house in Prospect Park, Delaware County to a wonderful open house (which was a cold and rainy day), but he also made sure that everything went smooth for us. He was able to advertise so well for the open house, that we received 4 offers by the end of the weekend. Our house sold in just a few weeks of posting on the market. I had little knowledge of the home selling/buying process except the horror stories I heard from close friends and families. I have to say the process was worst than described and I hope I never have to sell/buy a home again. However, if I ever have to go through this again, my first call will be to Chuck to help us. He did a tremendous job assisting my wife and I through the home selling/buying process. Tasha, worked so hard for me and my family. 2020 was full of changes and she went with it with grace. Handed me a mask and we looked at ALOT of houses. We put many offers in, lost a few, and even got one accepted (we were desperate) she strongly advised that i should stay patient and wait for something better and worth my hard earned dollars.
