If Tim did not immediately know an answer (and believe me, we asked him a LOT of questions!) he always was able to make a quick phone call to a colleague within The Collective to provide us with the most accurate, up-to-date information. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. If you have any reservation about whether to choose Tim as your next realtor, take this from someone who is always skeptical of reviews--You found him.

Jonathan made everything feel smooth and stress-free, he kept us informed at every step, and handled negotiations well. He listened to our concerns, and he was quick to answer our questions. He also took the time to make sure we understood all the options as we moved through the selling process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
