Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.

Working with Roz was an excellent experience. If I had to describe it in one word, it would be patient. Throughout the process, both of us had to exercise a great deal of patience with the buyer’s side. There were definitely some ups and downs and a few unexpected turns along the way, but Roz handled everything with professionalism and grace. She kept her cool during the stressful moments, helped keep me calm when things got challenging, and continued to advocate for me every step of the way.
