Valerie was amazing in helping me find my first home. I was new to this process and Valerie was very helpful as it can be very confusing. I had several requirements for my new home such as needing a 2 car garage and area for a train platform and one for a music studio. Meeting these requirements in one home in my price range was not easy but Valerie appreciated and respected my needs and worked relentlessly to find me a house that met them. My first opportunity to buy a house also happened to occur when the housing market was absolutely insane with increasing prices as well as buyer's making offers way over asking price. Due to being a single person with a limited income made it very difficult to compete in that market. I lost several houses to higher bidders but Valerie never gave up on finding me the house that met my needs and within my ability to purchase. She showed me a lot of houses over several years and the market made the endeavor very frustrating and disappointing but Valerie never gave up on me. She was very knowledgeable about the housing market and at evaluating the houses we looked at and how they met or didn't meet my requirements. Her patience and commitment in helping me navigate this whole process was phenomenal. She really cared and took her roll in finding me the best house very seriously and never gave up even though we had to look at a lot of houses to find one that met my needs and were out bid several times. I could not have gotten through this process without Valerie. It was amazing to have an agent who understood and respected my requirements and who worked tirelessly to find me the right house. She didn't just want to sell a house. She sincerely wanted to get me into the right house for me and that I would be happy there. I can't thank her enough for that and all her hard work persistence and patience. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house. I was very lucky to have her as my agent.
