Jill was a phenomenal help in the sale of my house and was always available when i had any questions about the process. She communicated and helped set realistic expectations for my house and exceeded those expectations in the end. I can not suggest her and her team enough to anyone looking to sell or buy property. Jill and her team made the whole process of selling my house and buying a new house very easy and as stress free as the process could be. 20/10 would recommend to anyone.

Susie did an outstanding job helping us get our house ready for sale - making recommendations on things that could be quickly updated/fixed to get the highest list price we could. She organized the staging of the house to put it at its best advantage and generated a ton of interest beforehand. The first open house was a huge success (neighbors couldn't believe the stream of people coming in) - resulting in multiple offers all over asking price! We agreed on an offer that day - and closed shortly thereafter, which was also a breeze with Susie's help. It went so well other neighbors asked for her information to help sell their homes as well! Highly recommended!

Tom was wonderful. We needed to list our house and sell within 2 weeks notice due to job relocation. We contacted Tom and he came to look at the house with all the comps for the area. We especially appreciated his transparency and realistic pricing strategies with our home. A couple days later he came back with a photographer who took amazing images of our home and the MLS was completed (with pics!) within 48 hours! We had showings for one week but with Tom's strategy could have sold the day we listed! As novice sellers, we appreciated the time Tom took to walk us through the pros and cons of all 6 (!!) offers that we had on the house. We moved out-of-state before the official signing date, and Tom could not have been more helpful with coordinating the extra steps that went into a signing where the sellers are not present. There were issues on the buyer's side during this process, and not once did it become our issue. Tom's many years of experience really showed with how professionally he dealt with these issues and how he advised us in this time. There is NO ONE I would recommend more highly if you want to sell your home. Tom is someone that works with you every step of the way! I am sure he puts the same effort in when representing buyers!!
