Dawn was invaluable as our realtor as my wife and I were house hunting from out of state, looking to buy in a crazy market. Dawn was very patient with my wife and I as first time homebuyers. She fought hard to get the sellers to cover the buy down fee so we could stay at our rate due to their mistake. Dawn really saved us there!
