She was diligent with updating us with all the repairs needed ahead of time in order to pass all inspections. She was always quick to respond and provide timely advice when needed. My realtor Sonja Wayns was fabulous!!!!! She took her time with me and went back with me to look at the same houses more than once until I was comfortable. The other thing that I appreciated was that she didn't waste my time with showing me houses in areas that she would not live herself.
