Jane was the selling agent when I purchased my property 30 years ago and the experience when smoothly then and I can say the same when it came time to choose an agent to handle my sale. It was reassuring working with Jane; she answered all my questions and was very patient with many phone calls I made to her. Jane and her team guided me through the process in a very professional manner in a difficult selling market. She helped me keep a positive attitude and she was right every worked out just fine. Thanks Jane & Team!

I was a single income, first time homebuyer with a limited radius and very limited budget. The three things they did that stood out for me: First, they work as a team. My team was not on a seasoned realtor but one came with contracting knowledge. This allowed me to make informed choices on the type of home that was best for me in the long term. Second, I always felt like a priority to them. Even when my target area was low on homes, they checked and didn't pressure me at all. Third, and most importantly, they walked me through the process and educated me at EVERY STEP. They can work with any budget- so for anyone with limited income- YOU CAN BUY A HOME. They can help. Thank you to the team. I am going on 4 months of being in my new home. I could NOT have done it without them.

Talia wis a delight to work with. I worked with her once in the past and though we didn’t land a purchase then, I knew I’d work with her again. She is diligent , knowledgeable and resourceful. She understands the process inside and out and pretty much held my hand along the way. The experience wasn’t like working with a realtor, it was more like working with a friend.
