Henry O'Neill

I was a single income, first time homebuyer with a limited radius and very limited budget. The three things they did that stood out for me: First, they work as a team. My team was not on a seasoned realtor but one came with contracting knowledge. This allowed me to make informed choices on the type of home that was best for me in the long term. Second, I always felt like a priority to them. Even when my target area was low on homes, they checked and didn't pressure me at all. Third, and most importantly, they walked me through the process and educated me at EVERY STEP. They can work with any budget- so for anyone with limited income- YOU CAN BUY A HOME. They can help. Thank you to the team. I am going on 4 months of being in my new home. I could NOT have done it without them.

Henry and Karen tick all the boxes for knowledgeable, caring, and professional realtors! Our long distance move was handled seamlessly due to their attention to details and timelines. We highly recommend them!

As a first time seller of a property, I had a bunch of questions and was very uneasy about the process of selling a home. Henry and Karen made all of that uneasiness go away, right from the start. They were extremely responsive to all of my questions, and were beyond professional from start to finish. I could not have asked for an easier process in selling my home. Will absolutely be using Henry and Karen in the future!

We previously used Henry and Karen for selling one of our properties. They were both very responsive to any questions my fiancée and I had. They both were professional and courteous. We definitely will be using them in the future!

Harry & Karen were so great to work with! They knew their stuff, reassuring when needed, super helpful, pushed to get our “forever” home and down to earth which allowed us to connect with them instantly. Thanks Harry and Karen!
