It’s interesting to note that he and his son, Jonathan — The Gutkind Group — have made an ongoing and lasting impression for years, long before it became time to sell my home. Their marketing mailings were so effective and informative that I kept several years of them for future reference, “just in case.” And that need recently occurred, with a highly successful sale which closed this past Friday, having been on the market for only 13 days despite the brutal winter weather in early February. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
