Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

Zakiya was such a sweet person she responded quick was always on it…she dealt with me and my uncle and I appreciate her…checked in often to see how it was going and also shared a lot of selections in my price range great personality easy to talk to and answered any questions I had and if she didn’t know she made calls to find out for me.
