From Day 1 Liz was extremely responsive, professional, helpful, knowledgeable. Her advice on small things to do to make my home show better was invaluable. She went above and beyond, offering me wardrobe boxes, rearranging furniture, virtually staging empty rooms. And when I got nervous/anxious about showings or not getting offers, she was wonderful in calming me down and reassuring me. I was very close to suggesting dropping my asking price, but Liz had priced it correctly and got me top dollar. I received a full price cash offer !!!!!

First, I asked her if we got any offers. She never told me what offer she got. Just stated it wasn’t worth me writing up the offer. I felt I should know every offer that we got, regardless of what the amount was. I didn’t know whether it was better than the price we got. It ended up to be 54,000 less than our asking price. I feel she did not work for us the seller.
