Denise was well aware of the value of the homes in the area and was able to accurately determine the sales price of our home. The house was marketed so that all the beautiful features of the home stood out to a potential buyer. The house was attracted to many potential buyers who tour the home and provided excellent feedback. Our house was sold within one month. Throughout this experience she provided adequate follow up and was available to provide proper guidance to our questions that allowed this process to flow smoothly.
