Today, I had the pleasure of closing on my real estate transaction, which was expertly handled by Agent Jewel Lerums. When I began considering another property purchase in Philadelphia, I was hesitant and unsure. I thought through several agents I knew, but ultimately chose Jewel—despite never having met her in person. Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits.
