This is actually the second time we have used Mary and she will always be our go to. The sale of our house happened so fast and so smooth. From day one, she made recommendations to us to help with the sale of our house which we did everything she asked and it made a huge difference. Our house was under contract within a couple weeks. I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.
