Joan was instrumental in guiding us through the complicated process of selling our home of 35 years. Although not first time buyers, we were definitely "newbies" after so many years. Joan helped us through the mountain of paperwork required with patience and expertise and was able to answer any questions that we had. She arranged for beautiful pictures and a virtual tour to promote interest. She assisted us in pricing the house correctly. Once the house was listed we had non-stop bookings in a matter of hours. Within a weekend, we had competitive bids over the asking price to review. Joan helped make the entire purchase process proceed effortlessly for us. We would highly recommend her. As a person she comes across as genuine and truly caring while always having our best interests in mind. We would highly recommend Joan.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Lisa Lim, who represented the buyers, while I served as the listing agent. Lisa is a true professional who worked diligently throughout the entire transaction to help ensure a smooth and successful closing. Her communication, dedication, and collaborative approach made the process seamless for everyone involved. It was a pleasure working with you, Lisa. Thank you for your professionalism and teamwork. I look forward to working with you again on another transaction!
