Words cannot begin to properly convey Ed's value to us as our real estate agent. He helped us navigate both buying a house and, most recently, selling a house. We've been extremely impressed with his knowledge, the personalized attention he gave to our needs, and most importantly, with his honesty and integrity. The first time around, he gave us sound, straight- forward advice that saved us from buying a house at an inflated price. Ed put our best interests ahead of his own possible financial gain and that is what makes him a hero in our eyes. It is also why we contacted him and no one else when it came time to sell our house. Once again, he gave us straight-forward advice to put our house on the market in April - even though we weren't quite ready at the time - because the market was at its peak. He wasn't pushy - he just made sure we understood the potential opportunities and risks of waiting. Thank goodness we listened to him and gave it that extra push because our house sold immediately in April for top dollar. It is now three months later and the market has changed dramatically.
