I recently bought two homes with Hannah's expert assistance. I'm new to the area, having relocated from the Boston area, and there are some interesting differences here in Philly. Hannah really listened to my initial list of what would and would not work. Over time, the list evolved and while it took more offers than I would have liked, we ended up with two homes that are very much a great fit for myself and my daughter.

Nadine is personable, professional, and knowledgeable. She lets no aspect (permits, staging, close) fall through the cracks. I loved working with her!

I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing. I will use Fern again and will recommend her to friends.
