Good agent. I would recommend.

Paul's guidance through selling my property was excellent. He explained each step of the process well and I was grateful since it was the first property I sold. I was given feedback each time it was shown and Paul made awesome suggestions to help sell the property.

We moved to North Carolina before we put our Pennsylvania house on the market. The house we were selling had some issues that had to be addressed. Because we were 500 miles away it would have been difficult to resolve them. Paul took care of everything! In spite of it being stressful at times , we had confidence that Paul had our best interests at heart and would get the work done. We are grateful for everything he did on our behalf and would highly recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.
