Donna was excellent to work with, had great advice and got us a significant premium.

Donna's market knowledge was excellent-we had a very unusual property but her consideration of the value and her handling of the flood of inquiries and showings proved the value of her professionalism. She communicated regularly and always to the point, and she ultimately brought us multiple offers all of which were above list, and we accepted an offer with a significant premium. We credit Donna's advice on the listing price as making this premium possible. And she handled the closing for us as we were unable to attend and all went well. We are extremely pleased with her as a realtor.
