When I was finally ready to buy, I knew I’d go straight to them and I’m so glad I did. Their communication was incredible, their market insight was spot-on, and the research they did before making an offer gave me complete confidence. Even with the added complexity of buying from family, they guided me with patience, clarity, and so much care. And even though I’m pretty sure they thought we were a little crazy for falling in love with a home that needs plenty of work, they never made us feel that way. They saw how much we believed in this place, supported us through every step, and even started to see some of the magic we will be bringing back into it as we renovate.
