Handling the sale from a distance, I needed to count on an agent's local connections, and diligence to see the steps through. I was able to count on Cherie to coordinate certain work, which she did with care. She was always optimistic, even when there were issues, and she was right when she predicted we would get a good price. All during a pandemic, and with me closing remotely. 🙂
