Working with Ann was an outstanding experience from start to finish! She has an excellent understanding of the market, is incredibly sensitive to the seller’s needs, and clearly communicated every step of the process. Selling a home I lived in for over 60 years was an emotional experience, but I trusted her with a lifetime treasure filled with decades of memories. Her compassion, patience, and a genuine understanding of what this home meant to me sealed the deal. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide me through this sale of our family home! She truly deserves 5 stars.

Choosing the right realtor makes such a difference when buying or selling a home, and we’re so grateful to have found Kathleen. This was our third real estate transaction with her, and we’ve been incredibly happy with every experience. This time, our house sold just one month after going on the market, and everything went so smoothly. She was professional, kept us informed every step of the way, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Kathleen brings so much enthusiasm to her work. She truly loves what she does, works incredibly hard, and understands what her clients need and want. She always treats people with genuine care, and you can really feel that sincerity. In our experience, that creates a wonderful sense of trust and teamwork, which helps everything come together even more smoothly. She is also incredibly thoughtful and attentive. Even after several years, she remembered little details from our previous conversations. Those personal touches meant so much to us, and she continued to touch our hearts with her kindness throughout the experience. Beyond being an excellent realtor, she is simply a wonderful person. Her warmth, kindness, and positive energy make her someone we genuinely look forward to seeing every time. If you choose Kathleen as your realtor, don’t be surprised if you become a client for life—we certainly have! Thank you, Kathleen, for always treating us with such care and consideration and for handling everything so thoroughly. We’ll absolutely be working with you again!

I worked with Beth to purchase a three family property in Scranton. Since I live out of state, she was my eyes, ears, and boots on the ground throughout the entire transaction. I felt comfortable trusting her every step of the way, and her service was outstanding.
