Professionalism was beyond what I thought a realtor would be like. She only had our best interests when it came to the details. We conversed by text and email. She even answered my texts while on vacation. Though I did try not to text her. Documents were by email. We made it more difficult for her as we live out of state. She never said it was an inconvenience. When it came to negotiation, her knowledge of what was necessary to make both parties happy, was comforting. This being the only house we have sold, i would recommend her to anyone. Especially if you live out of state. She was wonderful to work with.

Nikki was our realtor to sell two homes. The second was our home for 40 years, so although we needed to downsize, it was a sensitive experience. She is excellent as a realtor with years of experience. She guided us though the entire process. She gave us advise when we asked but was able to read us and was never aggressive with the any aspect. Nikki was always available with a quick response. The sale was very close to listing price and was completed a lot sooner than we expected which of course is important to a seller and buyer.

Philip answered all of our questions and provides all information we requested anytime. He has many years experience totally know the market. Phil was incredibly helpful throughout the process. He has a great eye for detail and consistently went above and beyond to help me get a house. His experience in real estate shows through his relationships with other agents, loan officers and real estate attorneys. He was able to work with everyone else involved to get the house closed quickly and as stress free as possible. While looking for houses he made time to see them as quickly as possible as well as submitting offers quickly. He did research and asked all the right questions before looking at a potential house to ensure there would be no surprises. It was an absolute pleasure working with Phil and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking to buy a home. As a first time homebuyer I didnt know what I was doing but Phil helped through every step and was insightful and thoughtful throughout the process.
