I hardly ever write reviews but I was compelled to write this one based on the outstanding service I received both selling my house and purchasing another with Mark Shay. First late me say how impressed I am at the fact the Mark always answers his phone and responds to emails almost instantly. Besides this Mark is extremely knowledgeable and constantly goes above and beyond. He mowed my lawn one day and took in my trash cans. I never felt rushed or anxious to make a decision and enjoyed ever step of the process. I couldn't recommend Mark any more highly.

It was smooth and easy. She really does care about her clients. She helped me from the beginning till the end. She is really good at negotiating, so its a big plus for you. 10 out 10!!! She doesn’t care about the time, she will answer all your questions even if its 10 pm. Looking forward to work with her again.
