Mark Shay

I hardly ever write reviews but I was compelled to write this one based on the outstanding service I received both selling my house and purchasing another with Mark Shay. First late me say how impressed I am at the fact the Mark always answers his phone and responds to emails almost instantly. Besides this Mark is extremely knowledgeable and constantly goes above and beyond. He mowed my lawn one day and took in my trash cans. I never felt rushed or anxious to make a decision and enjoyed ever step of the process. I couldn't recommend Mark any more highly.

Working with Mark was an absolute pleasure. My husband and I were looking specifically for an investment property in the Poconos and Mark was our guy. He’s up-to-date with all of the regulations for current short term rentals in the area and has a network of contacts that prove to be important for our closing the deal. Highly recommend. Especially in today’s competitive market.
