Success!! After much research and numerous interviews with various realtors we finally found who we were looking for. Stephanie Troiani. We wanted a realtor with experience, knowledge of the area, knew the market, and someone who had a good sense of the value of our property, and most importantly a marketing plan. That all came together with Stephanie Troiani. Not only was Stephanie the consummate professional, but she has the background and the expertise we had been seeking. She listened to our needs and developed a plan to meet those needs. Her plan and advice was spot on. Her recommended price point for the sale of our property was also on the mark. After posting with Stephanie we had a lot of interest in our property and it was sold quickly. She is very easy to work with, listens to your needs and “fears” and walks you through the process. We found her always willing to answer questions regardless of how insignificant they may have been and made the process as smooth as possible. We highly and unequivocally recommend Stephanie Troiani for all of your realty needs.

I have known Don Hannig for 15 years. I initially bought property off of him, and was impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. When it came time to sell my house, Don was the only choice for me. He knows everybody, I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the area and real estate markets. He was flexible and very responsive to my needs. He is reasonable and easy to work with. I wholeheartedly recommend using Don and Spread Eagle Realty for selling your home. Don did an outstanding job for me, and he will for you also. Bob O'Donnell
