Yvonne was very cheerful and had a positive attitude that the house would sell quickly. I felt very comfortable with her and what her plans were to sell the home. She make suggestions how to prepare and setup for an open house (even with packed boxes in view). Yvonne provided some water and munchies available for prospective buyers which helps to delay the guests exit & also spend more time with inquiries for info regarding the home and property. Yvonne was very aware of selling prices for the time and location.

there was a difficulty where the buyer was late. she made a special trip to pick up my check. the attention to detail was amazing.
