It was a special time for us and Ed was sensitive to that. He took his time explaining things to us and we understood every paper we signed. Also, he was very respective of our property during the pandemic.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
