We just purchased a new home and sold our previous (first) home. Buying a home is one of the more stressful events in life and selling a home is even more so. Tammy guided us through the entire process. Her understanding of the realty field is excellent. As we were prepping our old home for sale she advised what things to correct and what things did not need attention (saving us money). She told us what to expect at each step of the way and made any necessary arrangements that worked with our schedule. She always made herself available to us with any questions or concerns we had (and we likely had more than most). We never felt like we were fighting for her time. Her passion for helping us as her clients was evident in every conversation we had. With Tammy as our agent, we were able to get our home sold in less than a week after posting (timing was critical) and above our asking price! After closing we felt we not only had a great experience, but also made a great friend. Buying a home is not something one does more than once or twice in a lifetime, but if we ever needed to make that decision again, Tammy would be our first call.
