Quite honestly I had little trust concerning realtors based on previous interactions. Dave went above and beyond and even communicates well post transaction. Should I ever need a realtor again Dave is the fellow I will call. An honest man in a profession that seems to attract some people that may not be. I'd give him 6 stars out of 5

Through his knowledge and experience Dave was able to help through some things that could have been quite tricky. He handled things for me that eased my mind.

Came into the game as a naive first time home buyer and Tim was right there for me every step of the way. Answering every lil dumb question I had even after business hours cause I am an anxiety driven creature; Sorry Tim! He got things done on weekends, and blasted through a fast paced 30 day closing that I would say went through flawlessly!

Seems like a few agents don't pay attention. Tim is different! I asked him to find a property fit for his Mama! That's exactly what he delivered! He paid attention and got results! Excellent Agent you can trust to get the job done!

Tim is a really great guy who works hard and gets it done . We had a few issues arise that Tim was able to negotiate easily to fix and he was informative every step of the process . He was helpful in knowing the area of where I was buying home and made good suggestions for services to use / places to eat. After closing . Tim got me and my lady a very sweet gift I was not expecting . I’m very happy with my experience and would do it again thank you for your hard work and your kindness
