We Hired Cindy McCall to sell our house and we’re so extremely pleased with her professionalism, her courteousness and that she always got back to us with any questions. She went beyond any real estate agent we have ever worked with and we have bought and sold numerous homes. Cindy advertised beyond our expectations and was ontop of any concern or issues we encountered! Our only regret was that she wasn’t just the selling agent, but we wished she would’ve also been the buyers agent as she was worth every penny. She was courteous, understanding and professional thru the entire process which I could not say the same for the buyer's agent (which is why we never listed our property with him due to his rude arrogance).

The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.
