Angela Marchese is an incredible realtor. Throughout the entire process from preparing the house for sale to settlement, Angela provided valuable information on a timely basis. She always returned my calls, texts, and emails quickly, even if it was 9 pm at night or on the weekend. She gave me invaluable support in preparing the house for sale and emptying it after sale which was so helpful as I am not from the local area. Angela’s long term knowledge of the local real estate market was invaluable. She staged the house attractively, priced the house appropriately, and posted quality photos and videos of the house to generate interest. Her marketing of the house really delivered results: we had multiple offers, over asking price, in just several days. A consummate professional, Angela cares about her clients and always goes the extra mile. Selling my father’s house was an emotional process for our family, but Angela always treated us with empathy and kindness. Anyone would be so fortunate to have Angela as their realtor.

She was amazing and definitely knew exactly what she was talking about I felt very confident all bc of her, thank you so much

The Swanger team are extremely knowledgeable abt the market (plus, they are “locals” so they know so much about everything!) They don't pressure you and are honest! They are there to work FOR YOU! Couldn’t be happier with our experience working with them. If we had questions, they answered promptly and made sure we understood. Don’t hesitate-give Rick, Ginger and Andrea a call!!
