Brenda is everything you coud possibly want in a realtor. She is energetic, positive, resourceful and most of all, effective. I have worked with many realtors in the past but Brenda Everett is the only one I would ever work with in the future!

Our closing turned out to be very confusing when it really didn’t need to be. Brenda was able to navigate the situation and worked to keep the closing moving forward in a timely manner. She always kept our best interest in mind when negotiating details with the buyer. We appreciated her professionalism throughout the process.

Brenda was there for every step along the way and we wouldn't have been able to get to home ownership today without her master skills of problem solving and risk mitigation. Working extremely well with both our needs and communicating them with any other necessary parties. It sure was a rollercoaster of an experience but it would have been impossible otherwise without Brenda rooting for us.
