Josh from Fish Real Estate was very responsive and helpful with all communications. He had a wealth of knowledge of the local areas and of home environments (such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical). He also was professional agent who knew the rules and regulations and contract negotiation. In fact, without Josh's negotiation advice, we are certain we would not have our new home! He was referred to us by family and would refer him to anyone. He is the best!

Anne was very good at communicating with us both in the process of selling, next steps, etc and checking to see how we were doing. She was always very responsive when I called or texted with any questions. This was a big move for us after living in the house for 40 years and moving to a different state. She was very understanding and made the process very easy.

Could not recommend him enough! He has been such an incredible realtor throughout this entire process. He was always responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help us. He took the time to answer all of our questions, explain things when we were confused, and advocate for us every step of the way. He never made the process feel like a burden and always made it clear that he was in our corner. HIGHLY suggest having him as your agent!! 10/10 recommend ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

We couldn’t have asked for a better real estate agent! Renee was incredibly helpful throughout the entire home-buying process and truly went above and beyond for us. She was responsive, knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We are incredibly grateful and would recommend Renee to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Great professional customer sale and service.

We sold our home after moving out of state due to a family emergency and Sarah was so helpful throughout a very emotional and stressful process. We hired her after she gave us a full presentation about her services and methodology. We were impressed by her knowledge base and willingness to consult colleagues when needed. She gave sound advice while being thoughtful about our goals and preferences. She was an excellent communicator and very responsive to phone calls and texts . We highly reccomended her !
