Ada was amazing. I am a first-time homebuyer who had no idea what I was doing. She answered all of my questions and was incredibly knowledgeable. I could text her at any time and she answered. She made it so fun to drive around the city looking at places, and we saw a LOT of places. I didn’t really know what I wanted at first so she really helped me narrow down what I liked. She has a lot of insight into different Philly neighborhoods, especially thinking about safety for me as a single woman. She advised me so that I had the strongest possible offer, and kept track of everything to make sure closing went smoothly. I would go back to her if I ever needed a realtor again, and recommend her to anyone who asks.
