We are so grateful we found Jennifer Fields to be our realtor. We had a few factors complicating our home search. We were first time home buyers, living in New York, looking for a multi-generational set up with separate living areas, on a timeline. Jen helped us every step of the way, from pre-approval to closing. When we came down to meet her for the first time, she was so helpful during showings. For such a high pressure situation, we never felt any pressure coming from her. She advocated for us, pointing out potential red flags in homes we may not have noticed. This built the trust and rapport needed for us to feel comfortable making an offer on a home we initially only saw virtually. She made a stressful process as simple as it could be, so we could land in a home we truly love. If you're looking for a realtor who is very responsive, a great communicator, experienced and knowledgeable about the Lancaster market, and is a warm and friendly person, we highly recommend Jen!
