Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! This was my first ever home I’ve ever bought and Nona’s knowledge of the market in Blairsville , Young Harris, and the surrounding areas was essential in my quest. My boyfriend, Ron and I were helped in every step of the process as we were guided by Nona’s expertise.
