As first time home buyers this process was completly new to me and my husband. When we met with Jeramie he made the experience so easy walking us through everything on day one. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found us houses that best fit our requests. A couple months later and we found our home we will bring our newborn baby home to! Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
