Throughout the entire process of getting my mother’s home (of over 70 years) ready to be sold, Steve provided advice and guidance that was helpful and most appreciated. When we had questions about what outside services or agents were available to provide needed assistance, Steve was able to provide the information we needed to accomplish the required tasks. Steve’s professional approach, guidance and advice, as well as patience, made a difficult and challenging task doable.

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

As first time home buyers this process was completly new to me and my husband. When we met with Jeramie he made the experience so easy walking us through everything on day one. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he found us houses that best fit our requests. A couple months later and we found our home we will bring our newborn baby home to!
