I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

From the beginning, Miky was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when we changed our minds during the process, she didn’t miss a beat. She stayed flexible, adjusted to our new direction without hesitation, and always kept our needs at the forefront. What really stood out was how she consistently looked out for our best interests. She wasn’t just trying to close a deal—she genuinely cared that we found the right place and got the best value. Throughout the process, she was mindful of cost and always looked for ways to save us money where it made sense. She was also super responsive, organized, and clear in her communication. We always knew what was happening and what to expect next, which made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I began my home buying process mid February of this year. Unfortunately, COVID-19 soon became an obstacle we had to face. Stephanie made everything SO easy, and walked me through every step - even with COVID-19 restrictions. She was always extremely patient with questions, and knowledgeable about the process.
