I don't think that I can understate how nervous I was about the search for a new home in today's market - and I cannot understate how Sara made the process so much easier. From day one, she was communicative and had a genuine desire not just to make a sale - but to help my husband and I get into a place we could call our own. My husband at first thought we might be able to do this without a realtor. It took a total of one conversation with Sara for him to agree we were making the right decision with her. The first house we saw was a bit of a disaster (sometimes pictures do truly look better than in person), but Sara took it as a chance to educate us as to what we should be looking for as we looked at other properties - and with that knowledge, we were able to pinpoint exactly what we wanted in the properties we saw. She was on top of everything from the moment we decided to put in an offer to one of the homes we saw, and was an absolute godsend during the entire process, from the offer to the inspection to the signing. She has even made a point to reach out in the weeks after signing to check in how we're doing in our new home, and even bought a dog toy to welcome our corgi into our home. I am very aware that we were incredibly lucky with our home search to find our dream home - and incredibly luck to have Sara as our agent! I will forever recommend her - and will be keeping her number for the (hopefully) distant day we have to move again!

Lisa is the consumate professional. A rarety in a business that often sees amateur agents like our buyers agent was. She and her team are on top of everything. You get information within minutes of it reaching her. You get documents to sign within minutes of any change of terms. She doesn't loose her cool or tell you what to do. 5 Stars – Miky Philson is Outstanding I worked with Miky Philson from Berkshire Hathaway to buy a condo in York, PA, and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. From the beginning, Miky was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when we changed our minds during the process, she didn’t miss a beat. She stayed flexible, adjusted to our new direction without hesitation, and always kept our needs at the forefront. What really stood out was how she consistently looked out for our best interests. She wasn’t just trying to close a deal—she genuinely cared that we found the right place and got the best value. I began my home buying process mid February of this year. Unfortunately, COVID-19 soon became an obstacle we had to face. Stephanie made everything SO easy, and walked me through every step - even with COVID-19 restrictions. She was always extremely patient with questions, and knowledgeable about the process. If there was ever anything she was unsure about, she almost immediately found the answers she needed, and got back to me. Aaron is the best realtor on the East Coast! His attention to detail and his understanding of the purchase/loan process is top tier! He values the customer above his commission check! He ensures the home is a great fit and is in good condition, and will point out things within the homes that could be potential problems in the future. He is great at communicating to the other real estate agents and is an amazing negotiator. In the crazy housing market we were able to get over 10k discount on the sales price while most home sales are going for more than the asking price!
