I have bought home with realtor Naresh Rai Absolutely amazing guy and it wouldn’t be possible without his expertise. He is very expert in explaining each and every detail in house showing. Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
