Paul was very involved in the process of helping my girlfriend and I finding a home. We did a house crawl where we saw nine houses in one day, he planned the most effective route to and from them all so we weren't driving everywhere and he was always making sure we knew everything about the houses we saw, the good and the bad. One hundred percent has your best interest in mind and I will always recommend him in the future. Jerry made looking at properties fun and entertaining. He was thorough in his property assessments, and was very specific as to my requirements. Jerry should have a You Tube channel. I would watch it daily !

Kathy made herself extremely accessible to my wife and I. I never waited more than 10 minutes for an answer. She did not always have the answer but was not afraid to tell us she did not but she always got the answer for us in a timely manner. From the beginning, Miky was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with. Even when we changed our minds during the process, she didn’t miss a beat. She stayed flexible, adjusted to our new direction without hesitation, and always kept our needs at the forefront. What really stood out was how she consistently looked out for our best interests. She wasn’t just trying to close a deal—she genuinely cared that we found the right place and got the best value. The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal!
